Jaspal Sarai
Director
Jaspal, the organisation's founder, has over 25 years of expertise creating technology ventures and expanding into international markets, across financial services, utilities, smart devices and IoT, shared mobility, transport, retail, and health. He served as CEO of a global wireless M2M business headquartered in Australia with operations across Asia, Europe and America, and previously spent 8 years at Singtel Optus Australia in various management positions. Jaspal has an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Business (AGSM).

Michael Elford
General Manager
Michael has spent more than 25 years in ICT and has seen it from every side — starting hands-on as an IT Manager, then running networks and infrastructure at Pentana Solutions with two business units reporting to him, before moving into national service sales. He joined Source Central in 2014 and has been General Manager since 2020, leading both the Sales and Project Delivery teams. That range is what makes him quick to see where an environment can be improved, and firm about judging the result by the business outcome rather than the technology behind it.

Tim has over 13 years of IT services experience across multiple industries in Australia and Canada. As Service & Operations Manager, he works continuously on people, processes and systems to ensure his team delivers a high-quality end-user experience. Tim holds a Bachelor of Information Systems from the Australian Catholic University.

Accountant
Joseph has more than 10 years of experience across a diverse range of industries in Australia, Malaysia and China. Through active involvement in numerous SMEs and not-for-profit initiatives, he has deep experience streamlining business processes to achieve growth. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and a Master of Commerce from RMIT University, and is a member of CPA Australia.
